Life is difficult. Most days, we will be grateful that we see another day or choose to take another day for granted. You have the power to choose your own perspective.  Some days, we may feel some struggles in the valley against the peak waves of daily life. The perceived struggle may challenge us  physically, mentally or emotionally at work, play or at home. Transform the struggle into your strength. Don’t give anyone else the power over your own perspective on happiness. Can yoga make a real difference in your life?

About 8 out of 10 Americans will experience some back pain in their lifetime according to American Chiropractic Association. Based on how our own independent sample study using Survey Monkey of 86 healthy respondents, about 77% experienced back pain consistent with this large scale chiropractor’s study. Sixty-five percent of respondents viewed breathing as a means to calm the mind and relax the muscles. An overwhelming 70% of our respondents had back pain in the lower back. A growing 30% of our respondents perceive yoga as a “strong fitness alternative” for overall back care and viewed physical therapy as a “strong back care recovery” from an accident or injury. That’s all good news for yoga therapy teachers! In conclusion, there is more confidence out there in using yoga as a fitness alternative for healthy adults after physical therapy. We can inspire people to use yoga therapy as a their own super power. So, let your yoga practice be your super power in a mindful way to reach your own truth.
